THE ROLE:

Everpure is building the Enterprise Data Cloud - data unified, governed and understood as one intelligent system, and the foundation enterprises build AI on. Managed service providers are one of the most direct routes to that outcome at scale: they own the customer relationship, they operate the platform, and every workload they land compounds. Data Intelligence, cyber resilience, Portworx and Evergreen//One turns Everpure from a component in an MSP’s stack into the substrate their service is built on.

We are rebooting our approach. Everpure is standing up a global practice dedicated to MSPs and building a new MSP program behind it. The Senior Solutions Architect, MSP is the technical front line of that practice; the person in the room with the MSP’s architects and their end customers, winning the deals that prove the model works.

This is a field-facing, deal-led role. You will carry technical responsibility for MSP opportunities end to end, from early shaping through to close, and you will do it across the full Everpure platform. Managed service deals are won on unit economics as much as architecture, so you will be as fluent in cost per tenant as you are in a whiteboard session.

The practice is being built around you, and what you learn in live deals is what shapes it. But your primary measure is pipeline and bookings won with MSP partners.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Own technical leadership of MSP opportunities end to end: discovery, solution design, sizing, competitive positioning, POCs and technical close.
• Engage early to shape the platform the managed service will be built on.
• Drive strategic deals in existing MSP accounts, and open whitespace MSPs in your region.
• Support the MSP’s own sales cycles with their end customers, co-selling live rather than briefing from the sidelines.
• Design the service, not just the solution
• Define the end-to-end architecture including multi-tenancy, automation, provisioning, operational model and integration into the MSP’s existing service stack.
• Model and influence the commercial construct: managed service unit economics, cost per tenant, TB and workload, Evergreen//One and consumption models, and the margin story that makes Everpure the right substrate.
• Design for the way MSPs actually operate; API-led, automated, billable. MSPs do not buy what they cannot automate.
• Win the competitive battles
• Displace the competitors in MSP environments.
• Position and win across the full platform,  FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx and Everpure Data Intelligence, not a single product line.
• Build and use the competitive evidence base: battle cards, teardowns, reference wins and proof points that stand up in the MSP’s own sales conversation.
• Build technical credibility with the partner
• Establish yourself as the trusted technical voice with MSP architects, practice leads and CTOs.
• Enable MSP technical teams to design and sell autonomously, so every deal you support builds capability for the ten you are not in.
• Grow a population of partner-side technical champions who can carry Everpure without you in the room.
• Feed the practice and the program
• Bring real MSP requirements back into the new global MSP program and Product Management — multi-tenancy, licensing, billing integration, API and automation gaps.
• Contribute reusable IP from live engagements: reference architectures, sizing and scaling guides, service blueprints.
• Work across Everpure
• Escalate and orchestrate specialist support cleanly rather than carrying every technical ask personally.
• Represent Everpure at partner-facing events, roadshows, webinars and technical workshops, and create technical content that reaches the wider MSP community.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• 5+ years in pre-sales, solutions architecture or technical leadership, with a demonstrable record of winning partner-led business.
• Direct experience with MSPs, and a real understanding of how they build, price, operate and sell a managed service.
• Commercial fluency. Comfortable discussing consumption economics, TCO and margin with an MSP’s finance and practice leadership.
• Track record of driving and closing technically complex deals in a competitive environment.
• Credible at depth across modern data platform architecture: block, file and object, unstructured data at scale, hybrid and cloud data services, Kubernetes and storage-as-a-service models.
• Strong working knowledge of compute, database, networking and virtualization, plus emerging areas including AI/ML data pipelines and data governance and classification.
• Fluent in cyber resilience, virtualization migration dynamics and the competitive landscape.
• Practical command of multi-tenancy, automation and API-driven infrastructure.
• Product experience across technology vendors within the relevant region.
• Outstanding written, diagrammatic and verbal communication, with the ability to reduce complex ideas to simple terms for technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Executive presence to move between an MSP CTO conversation and a whiteboard architecture session.
• Ability to work collaboratively across the broader Everpure organization and to influence without authority.
• Entrepreneurial and ambitious. This is a practice being built, not one being inherited.
• Combines a big-thinking strategic perspective with a detail-oriented approach to problem solving.
• Thrives in ambiguity and pace, prioritizes ruthlessly, and drives for results with a strong sense of accountability.

Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.

The annual base salary range is: $141,400 — $212,100 USD
