Description
Sprout Social is hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to serve as a strategic lead and key executor for our AI and emerging technology portfolio. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Marketing, Revenue, and Leadership, you will both define and directly execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Sprout’s flagship AI agent, Trellis
, and our broader AI platform.
In this role, you will operate with high autonomy—shaping long-term market narratives, building core deliverables, establishing enterprise-wide GTM frameworks, and driving hands-on cross-functional execution to cement Sprout’s market leadership in social intelligence.
Within 3 Months
Conduct a comprehensive evaluation of Sprout’s current AI positioning, GTM enablement, and competitive landscape.
Establish strategic alignment with Product and Sales leadership on key business targets and positioning for Trellis and upcoming AI releases.
Begin identifying process bottlenecks in our product launch lifecycle.
Within 6 Months
Architect and rollout a reimagined, enterprise-wide GTM launch playbook for Sprout’s AI platform, improving cross-departmental coordination and launch velocity.
Establish differentiated positioning and high-level messaging frameworks that directly increase win rates in competitive enterprise deals.
Partner with Revenue leadership to optimize buyer enablement and cross-functional training strategies across the sales organization.
Within 12 Months
Serve as a recognized authority on AI market strategy across Sprout, shaping long-term category positioning and corporate growth vectors.
Measure and demonstrate significant business impact—including accelerated product adoption, elevated deal sizes, and improved GTM efficiency—resulting from your strategic frameworks.
Continuously elevate the team by introducing new methodologies, tools, and best practices that benefit the broader marketing organization.
Of course what is outlined above is the ideal timeline, but things may shift based on business needs and other projects and tasks could be added at the discretion of your manager.
