Tia is building a new model for women’s healthcare, one that treats women as whole people, not separate conditions or life stages. We are looking for a Technical CRM & QA Specialist to support the reliable execution of our lifecycle email and SMS programs. Working with our lifecycle and engineering teams, you will bring deep Braze expertise to campaign launches, active automations, and technical troubleshooting.
You will QA complex Canvases, validate Liquid logic and message rendering, investigate unexpected behavior, and help ensure messages reach the intended audiences at the right time. This is a part-time contract role averaging approximately 10 hours per week, with potential to grow as our roadmap evolves.

Help shape how Tia communicates with patients across their care journey.
Work on meaningful technical challenges in a growing women’s healthcare company.
Partner with lifecycle and engineering teams to improve the reliability of our messaging programs.

Our “Whole Woman, Whole Life” model integrates primary care, gynecology, mental health, dermatology, and wellness across in-person care and a national virtual platform.
We are a Series D, venture-backed company trusted by more than 120,000 women across four markets. Through our technology-enabled care model and partnerships with leading health systems, Tia is building one of the most comprehensive preventive care models for women.
Tia is building a culture of excellence in people, process, and product. For us, excellence is not perfection. It is the ongoing pursuit of improvement through learning, reflection, experimentation, curiosity, grit, and care for ourselves and others. We are looking for people who are energized by building, iterating, asking why, and helping create a fundamentally better healthcare experience for women.
This position may require attendance at company and team off-sites.
