Job Description: Project Manager – Tax Operations Transformation

About the Role
We are seeking experienced
Project Managers to lead key streams within a multi-year, global transformation initiative. The program aims to industrialize and centralize tax operations across Custody, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency—replacing manual, fragmented processes with a standardized, automated, and scalable operational model.
We are recruiting for two distinct profiles:
Profile 1 (Tax Data & Master Data Management Focus):
Owns the creation of the Single Source of Truth for all tax references across lines of business. Industrializes tax data via a Gold Source Model to eliminate bespoke exceptions and enable automated workflows and self-service reporting.
