Summary
This is a full-time, benefits-eligible position with a currently anticipated end date of August 2027.
The Instructional Content Copy Editor is a member of the Learning Programs Department. This team creates and delivers high-quality, effective learning content and engaging training and education experiences for Toastmasters members and volunteer leaders around the globe.
Reporting to the Learning Programs Development Manager, this position is responsible for ensuring all materials and communications produced by the team meet organizational brand and style guidelines, adhere to consistent formatting standards, and meet the needs of international audiences. Primary responsibilities include copyediting, proofreading, quality reviews, and finalizing production of a variety of materials for digital and in-person modules, sessions, and programs.
Pay Range
$62,000 — $67,000 USD
Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the company’s COVID-19 vaccination policy and testing and face-covering policy, is a condition of employment. You must be able to connect to a reliable internet service to perform all job duties when working from home. Work authorization is required, and sponsorship is not available. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
This is a hybrid role, with some days remote and some days on-site (typically 3 per week) in our office at 9127 S. Jamaica St., Englewood, CO 80112. When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
