Position Overview:

This position will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining digital photo enforcement equipment for a municipalities in the Washington DC Region. The technician must insure that the equipment within the region maintain strict standards. This position will require strong attention to detail, a high level of quality, proficiency, dependability and demonstrated priority and time management. This position is part of our Field Service Team.

Essential Responsibilities:

Ensure proactive routine maintenance deadlines are met while keeping active equipment above contractual requirements.

Work closely with multiple internal and external teams to identify and resolve customer related issues resulting from equipment deficiencies.

Initiate internal escalations, as necessary.

Work closely with Maintenance Field Supervisor to keep service levels high.

Perform daily checks of enforcement systems to confirm operations and monitor all systems as equipment dictates.

Monitor and document the timely completion of monthly validation program, work with field supervisors to adapt procedures to match equipment demands as technology evolves.

Provide installation support for new approach builds on construction sites.

Ability to travel within the Washington DC region, including Maryland and Virginia for job duties with short notices.

Other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by the Verra Mobility Leadership Team.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to navigate and operate throughout the Washington DC urban environment in a work vehicle.
• 1-2 Years of related work experience
• Experience in network installation, and computer technology.
• Ability to work outside with minimal supervision.
• Valid drivers license with good driving required is required.
• Must be willing to submit to and return clean enhanced police background check.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Great multi-tasking skills, effective organizational skills and strong time management mindset.
