Program Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology | LAYIQ

Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of a contract program.
Coordinate with team members to provide enterprise support as needed.
Interact with program employees and customers to ensure conformance with corporate, program and customer requirements.
Acts as primary POC for support to new employees during all phases of in-processing.
Provide out-processing support for employees leaving the site.
May perform business development activities
Required Qualifications: BA/BS or related years of experience.
Business/program analysis experience.
Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
Skilled on VISA, SOFA and TESA requirements.
Effective organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient with MS Office Suite – specifically Excel.
Knowledge of SharePoint desired.
Must achieve and maintain the Technical Expert Status Accreditation (TESA) as defined in the Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) between the United States and the Federal Republic of Germany. In order to qualify for TESA, the candidate must have one of the following:
Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of specialized experience, OR an Associate's degree plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR
A major certification plus 7 years of specialized experience, OR
11 years of specialized experience.
