About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager to take ownership of the operational infrastructure that supports GCV Group’s commercial activity. Working closely with senior business leaders, business development colleagues and our Bid Manager, you will help ensure our sales activity is organised, visible, consistent and supported by high-quality information and systems.
This is not primarily a direct sales role. You will be the person bringing structure, clarity and rhythm to a fast-moving commercial environment, making sure opportunities are properly managed, actions are followed through and leaders have the insight they need to make informed decisions.
