The Part-Time On-Call Representative manages the delivery of in-home care to catastrophically ill or injured clients across Michigan during weekend non-business hours. Operating remotely in a high-pressure, time-sensitive environment, this role coordinates care logistics in conjunction with Client Service Managers, negotiates staff pay rates, and ensures seamless client coverage.
Note: This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in Michigan to attend mandatory initial training at our headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI.
Shift Details & Compensation
Shift Times:
24-hour shifts running from Friday 5:00 PM to Saturday 5:00 PM
OR
Saturday 5:00 PM to Sunday 5:00 PM.
Schedule Requirement:
Weekly commitment. Candidates will be assigned a recurring weekend schedule—working every Friday or every Saturday (with the option to take both shifts weekly if desired).
