Financial Assistant, Wealth Management (Part Time)

We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Virtual Administrator to support a financial-services practice, taking full ownership of account administration, insurance paperwork, and employee-benefit plan coordination. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running with minimal foundational training — you'll need real prior experience in financial services operations, not just general admin or EA experience.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate financial-account onboarding and manage account-opening documentation
• Process and track account transfers, including ACATS-related workflows
• Handle routine account-servicing requests and pending client paperwork
• Prepare and distribute approved client statements and documents
• Maintain and update CRM records, logging all client communications accurately
• Schedule appointments and proactively support client follow-ups
• Coordinate employee-benefit plan administration across multiple stakeholders — plan provider, accountant, actuary, employer, and other involved parties
• Track and organize information required for tax filing and ERISA-related plan administration
• Manage insurance paperwork, documentation, and status follow-ups, handling related administrative communication end-to-end
• Own outstanding requirements and "quarterback" multi-party workflows through to completion
• Take on additional administrative responsibilities as you demonstrate capacity and reliability
• Required Experience
• Strong working proficiency with a financial-services CRM
• Prior hands-on experience with financial account-opening and account-servicing platforms
• Working experience with ACATS or other account-transfer workflows
• Prior experience with insurance and/or employee-benefit administration platforms
• Experience with LPL Financial systems is a plus (subject to LPL access and compliance approval)
