Shopify Operations Manager

And we’re looking for a Shopify Operations Manager to start immediately!

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Team Oversight & Customer Service:

Manage the existing CS team, track response/resolution times, and handle escalations, refunds, and exchanges. Identify missing SOPs and improve FAQs and automated responses.

Inventory & Logistics:

Monitor stock levels, track sell-through rates, and forecast restock timing. Liaise with factories, oversee production timelines, and manage logistics for stock arrivals.

E-commerce & Shopify Management:

Update inventory for SKUs and product variants weekly, check order statuses, and update customers with tracking info (they use Parcelwill).

Operations & Systems:

Manage the Notion workspace, build and improve SOPs, track launches and campaigns, and keep projects organized and on schedule.

Reporting:

Manage weekly KPIs and reporting to ensure the team is running efficiently and maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store.
• Solid experience handling inventory tracking, multiple SKUs, and forecasting.
• Must be able to operate independently as an Operations Manager. Someone who can build SOPs, improve workflows, and work without supervision.
• Experience managing customer service systems, reporting, and overseeing a team.
• High reading, writing, and clear spoken communication to liaise directly with customers, factories, and internal staff.
• Technical Requirements: USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
