We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic manager to bring their expertise to lead customer engagement strategy for the Amazon Travel & Events (AT&E) Meetings & Events program.
The Engagement Manager, Events Program will drive awareness, adoption, and behavior change for AT&E's managed meetings and events services by designing and executing strategic engagement across the customer journey (employee experience). You will structure content for modern channels, monitor journey health, and deliver targeted interventions that move customers (employees) from independent event sourcing to AT&E's managed program.
