The Global Strategy Lead is an individual contributor assignment responsible for coordinating global strategy and execution as Growth Sales evolves to a more segmented, measurable operating model that better aligns people, resources, and investment to the highest-return areas.
This role serves as the primary coordination point across regions, aligning leaders, driving consistency, and managing key transformation programs. Working closely with Sales, Strategy & Operations, Product, GTM, and Site teams, the role will lead documentation, governance, executive communications, and cross-functional execution while acting as the consolidated voice of Global Growth Sales.
