As a Senior Technical Enablement Manager, you will design and scale enablement programs that elevate technical capability across our solutions consultants, sales, and post-sales teams. You'll build on-ramp and continuous learning experiences, create technical playbooks and certifications, and partner with Product, Engineering, and GTM to ensure field teams can confidently position, design, and deliver Achievers solutions to both mid-market and enterprise customers.
This role is critical to field productivity, ramp velocity, and our ability to win in a competitive market.
How you'll support Enablement at Achievers:: Strengthen onboarding and ramp programs
— partner with GTM and Field Productivity leadership to weave technical enablement into our existing onboarding framework; develop role-specific training tracks, hands-on labs, and competency assessments that accelerate technical capability; measure ramp velocity and time-to-productivity
Drive field readiness through strategic programs
— develop and maintain technical playbooks, solution architecture guides, and certifications that improve how teams position, design, and deliver Achievers and Workday-integrated solutions
