About the Role
Overview
As Meadow’s Customer Success Manager, your primary mission is to ensure that our clients are successful term-to-term and get value from their partnership with Meadow. You’ll own a book of clients end-to-end, and be responsible for driving adoption and expansion.
This is a full-time position reporting to Melissa
, Meadow's Senior Director of Customer Success.

About You
What You Bring
- 4-6+ Years of Experience in Customer Success
- Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS
- Experience at an Early Stage Startup (Seed, Series A, Series B)
- Experience Managing High-Touch Client Relationships
- Builder Mindset: High Agency x High Urgency
- You own problems end-to-end.
- You make consequential decisions that impact outcomes.
- Renewal & Expansion Expertise
- You have a track record of success managing the commercial side of the client relationship — proactively identifying expansion opportunities and turning customer success into revenue growth.
- Data Fluency
- You have a track record of success interpreting and leveraging data to drive adoption and expansion.
- Product Expertise
- You have a track record of success developing deep product expertise — and using that knowledge to anticipate client needs and deliver recommended solutions.
- You maintain a tight feedback loop with the Product Team, ensuring that client feedback informs product decisions.
- AI Fluency
- You orchestrate AI and build systems that elevate how you work. You're thoughtful about outcomes, aware of limitations, and continuously improving how you use AI.
What Makes You Stand Out
Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS Sales as an Account Executive and/or Business Development Representative
Experience with Institutional Buyers

The initial annual salary for this position is expected to range from $103,700- $153,000 USD.
Actual compensation will depend on numerous factors such as: experience, knowledge and skills, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors.
