What you'll do:
Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and alignment with business objectives.
Guide feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and application of machine learning techniques to solve complex problems with structured and unstructured data.
Design and implement data visualization strategies to effectively communicate insights and model outcomes to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments.
Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical expertise and best practices.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI.
Strong knowledge of model assessment, validation, and tuning methods to ensure accuracy and robustness.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data science solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Expertise in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and deployment of scalable models in production environments.
Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding teams on advanced analytics and modeling best practices.
