Director, Business Strategy, HVAC-R at Walmart | LAYIQ

Demonstrated experience developing organizational vision and strategic execution plans through industry and market analysis.
Experience leading organizational change management, from pilot through full-scale adoption, in a matrixed or cross-functional environment.
Track record overseeing process improvement and multi-project execution, with the ability to translate operational/technical realities into business strategy.
Experience communicating data-driven recommendations and business plans to senior leadership.
Demonstrated ability to build talent strategy: recruiting, mentoring, workforce development, and succession planning.
Genuine familiarity with HVAC-R, energy management, or facilities industry dynamics is strongly preferred — candidates without this should be able to speak credibly to a fast on-ramp.
