Technician, Facility Services General Maintenance at Walmart | LAYIQ

Proven experience performing preventive maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and fixtures following established schedules and guidelines.
Ability to operate, inspect, maneuver heavy machinery and powered equipment safely in compliance with certification requirements.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations including OSHA and EPA standards, ensuring quality and compliance in all maintenance activities.
Skilled in managing work orders, maintenance schedules, contractor coordination, and related documentation accurately.
Competence in identifying repair needs, recommending replacements, and conducting price comparisons for parts and services.
Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with managers, coworkers, and contractors.

The hourly wage range for this position is $26.00 - $51.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
No preventable accidents while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
No serious traffic violations, as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
