Founding Growth Lead at Kastle | LAYIQ

Build a live map of our market.
Identify target accounts, buyers, relationships, and opportunities across our current segments and new verticals. Keep account maps current as we meet prospects, win customers, and learn where Kastle can expand.
Create paths into important accounts.
Work with our investors and broader VC network to identify relevant connections, prepare thoughtful outreach, and turn warm introductions into conversations.
Own outbound and marketing experiments.
Build lists, develop a hypothesis for each audience, write the copy, and launch campaigns. Test different messages and channels by segment; track replies, meetings, and pipeline; and keep improving the targeting and positioning.
Build the growth tooling.
Create agents, automations, dashboards, and workflows that help us maintain the market map, run campaigns, track leads and ads, and give sales a reliable view of what is working.
Own Kastle’s product messaging.
Turn customer conversations and product capabilities into clear positioning, website copy, slides, sales materials, and a product newsletter built from scratch.
Own Kastle presence at Events.
Plan and execute conferences, smaller events, and campaigns across the industries we serve. Own the audience, invitations, experience, sales preparation, and follow-up.
Find creative ways to reach buyers.
Test ideas such as thoughtful gifting, podcasts, customer programs, and Kastle-hosted events. Choose ideas for the audience they reach and the conversations they can create, then execute them with care.

Build a market map that is living and auto-updates daily. Start with the accounts and buyers we want to reach. Connect them to our existing relationships, outreach, meetings, customers, and events. Create a way for the map to stay current as the team books new calls and launches new products then use it to decide which accounts to pursue and what to say to them.
