The Global Product Solutions Strategy & Operations (GPS StratOps) team partners closely with Global Product Solutions (GPS) leadership team and regional GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end for GBO. The team's job to be done range from running point on the GPS annual strategy planning process, defining and aligning product OKR metrics to steer the Ads business with, prepping product-specfic Business Forecast Meeting (BFM) executive reviews with Google's Chief Business Officer and product-specific Steering Committee
