Role Overview
Are you an enterprise services seller who loves opening new doors and turning executive relationships into long-term partnerships? We are looking for a Business Development Executive to lead growth across our Real Estate practice. You will take ownership of a strategic vertical, deepening relationships with current clients while actively hunting new enterprise opportunities.
Working directly with senior technology and business leaders, you will bring our AI, cloud, data, digital engineering, and managed services capabilities to organizations shaping the future of real estate.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth across the Real Estate vertical through a balanced focus on new logo acquisition and existing account expansion.
- Engage and influence executive stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and CMOs, to understand their priorities and position relevant solutions.
- Grow account value by introducing clients to additional services across AI, cloud, data, digital engineering, and managed services.
- Lead opportunities end to end, including outreach, discovery, qualification, proposal, commercial negotiation, and closing.
- Serve as a visible company presence at real estate industry conferences and events to generate new relationships and pipeline.
- Keep pipeline data, forecasts, and strategic account plans accurate and up to date.
- Partner with internal technical and delivery teams to build compelling, client-specific solutions.
- Required Qualifications
- Track record of selling enterprise technology services, including IT services, consulting, digital engineering, or managed services (not software or SaaS sales).
- Self-driven prospector who generates opportunities independently and thrives without an inherited book of business.
- Comfortable guiding consultative discussions with senior executives and C-level decision makers.
- Experience navigating and closing complex enterprise deals with extended sales cycles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Open to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events within the US East Coast.
- Nice to Have
- Background selling technology or consulting services to the real estate sector, including owners, operators, developers, investment managers, brokerages, or property management firms.
- Working knowledge of proptech platforms such as Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, EliseAI, or similar tools.
