We are looking for candidates who live within 50 miles of our location: 100 E. Tryon Road, Raleigh, NC 27603
The Business Analyst II serves as a strategic business partner responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that drive informed decision-making, operational excellence, and business performance improvement. This role combines analytical expertise, business acumen, and executive storytelling to identify trends, evaluate risks and opportunities, and provide recommendations that support organizational objectives.
Approximately 35% of time is dedicated to analytics and performance measurement, 25% to executive insight generation and storytelling, 20% to business partnership and consultation, 15% to reporting and dashboard development, and 5% to continuous improvement and team contributions. The successful candidate excels at connecting data to business outcomes and communicating insights in a way that influences actions and delivers measurable results.
