We've raised $28M+ from Abstract Ventures, True Ventures, and HOF Capital. The team is based in San Francisco and includes engineers, designers, and operators from Airbnb, Palantir, Pinterest, IMC, Shopify, LinkedIn, and Microsoft.

About the Role

You'll build and own Conversion's sourcing function from the ground up. That means partnering directly with founders and hiring managers to reach out to exceptional talent across both GTM and technical roles. Furthermore, it includes helping shape the systems, culture, and candidate experience that will define how we grow.

This role is in-person 5 days/week in San Francisco.

What You'll Do

• Own all things sourcing. You will be own cold outreach utilizing Juicebox, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to reach out to ideal candidates across all of our open roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to build effective sourcing strategies and keep pipelines full of world class talent
• Iterate on the recruiting infrastructure: pipelines, documentation, ATS hygiene, and interview processes
• Use data and market insights to advise on compensation, pacing, and where to focus sourcing efforts

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sourcing experience, ideally across both technical and business roles
• You're an expert in message sequences to engage passive candidates
• You're experienced and proficient in modern recruiting tools (For e.g. Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Harmonic) to build and activate candidate pipelines
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude, GPT, etc... to augment sourcing automation, workflows, and messaging effectiveness
