About the Role

1mind is hiring a Director of Marketing to turn our go-to-market strategy into an integrated marketing engine — spanning content, demand generation, social, and communications — and to own how each program shows up in the pipeline waterfall. You'll partner directly with the CMO and RevOps to set goals, track performance by channel, and continuously test, adjust, and scale tactics based on data rather than sunk cost.

Day to day, you'll manage the marketing budget, execute brand and content programs, and build a sustained employee- and customer-generated content motion that turns our own team, customers, and power users into organic voices for the brand. You'll also own full-funnel demand generation — from thought-leadership campaigns to account-based advertising to customer marketing — bringing programs to life across the content calendar, landing pages, email, and paid amplification.

This is a high-ownership, individual-contributor role today, with no direct reports — you'll be building and executing personally, working closely with the CMO and leadership team, and with real room to grow the function as the company scales.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with the CMO and RevOps to translate go-to-market strategy into an integrated content, demand gen, social, and comms plan, and own performance tracking against the pipeline waterfall.
• Manage the marketing budget day to day — tracking spend against plan, flagging variances, and reallocating within budget toward what's working.
• Build and run a sustained employee-generated and user-generated content program, turning employees, customers, and power users into organic voices for the brand.
• Own demand generation execution across the full motion — thought-leadership campaigns, account-based advertising, search and visibility programs, and review generation.
• Execute content and collateral in line with brand and positioning — website content, sales collateral, case studies, and customer story content.
• Direct outside creative, design, and web resources to produce on-brand, on-strategy output at pace.
• Own customer marketing execution, including adoption and expansion campaigns and champion and advocacy programs.
• Execute PR and communications in support of executive visibility, speaking opportunities, and thought leadership placement.

What You’ll Bring

• 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, with meaningful ownership of demand generation, content, or growth marketing at a high-growth company.
• Track record owning a marketing budget and managing vendor and agency relationships.
• Experience building and scaling an organic advocacy program — employee-generated or customer-generated content — as a real growth channel, not a side project.
• Strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable executing hands-on rather than only directing others.
• Data-driven approach to campaign performance, with experience defining and tracking pipeline, cost-per-opportunity, conversion, and channel-level ROI metrics.
• Preferred
• Experience marketing to enterprise or go-to-market/revenue operations buyers.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted marketing tooling — messaging and asset systems, campaign automation, account intelligence, or content generation.
• Experience in an early-stage or high-growth startup, building marketing infrastructure from the ground up.
• A generalist background spanning both brand/content and demand generation, comfortable flexing across functions.

The salary range for this position is

$200,000 to $220,000

. The compensation package for this position also includes stock options and company-paid benefits.
