We seek talented, success
-minded people with the desire and ability to make things happen. Our baseline requirements are simple:
You are pursuing a Bachelor's or
M aster's degree in Mechanical Engineering
, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Y our cumulative GPA is at least 3.20
You are a rising junior, rising senior, or master's student at the start of the internship
Y ou have broad interests in engineering, design and development
Y ou are authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require Lutron to sponsor you for any work visa, such as an H-1B, either immediately or at any time in the future. Lutron does not offer work visa sponsorship for this position.
Willingness and ability to work on-site 5 days per week
Lutron is a team-oriented environment, and you will work within these teams to look at broad issues and identify root causes, not just quick fixes. You must have a willingness to ask tough questions, seek out new resources, and work hard to find the best solution.
