Reporting to senior leadership, the Senior Data Analyst (Data Management) specializes in steering comprehensive data management strategies, emphasizing data governance and the robustness of data within warehouses. This pivotal role orchestrates the acquisition, storage, and meticulous maintenance of extensive datasets to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and security.
Responsibilities encompass designing and maintaining databases/structures, optimizing structures for efficiency and performance. The Senior Data Analyst leads initiatives for stringent data governance, collaborating cross-functionally to standardize data collection methodologies and ensure compliance. Facilitating end-user self-serve access within the data warehouse stands as a significant focus, empowering users to extract insights independently.
Additionally, this role serves as the primary support for technical data issues, providing expertise and acting as the subject matter expert for internal EPIC Cogito analytic services. The Senior Data Analyst champions data management best practices, oversees ETL processes, and drives system enhancements to fortify data management capabilities.
