Position Summary 💊 We're Hiring: Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Specialist | Scripts Pharmacy Administration 📍 Address of Practice: 102 Pineloch, Orlando, FL 32806 🏢 Department: Scripts Pharmacy Administration ⏰ Shift: Tuesday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM 📋 Position Summary The Pharmacy Accounts Receivable Specialist ensures timely and accurate posting and reconciliation of payments for all system-wide Ambulatory Pharmacy Services.
This role ensures that outstanding pharmacy accounts receivable balances are collected and delivers excellent customer service to patients, insurance providers, and the pharmacy team. The specialist performs routine tasks such as calculating, posting, and verifying financial data to maintain accurate accounting records. ⭐ Preferred Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; hands-on experience navigating pharmacy management, billing, and EHR systems (such as EPIC, FDS, and EMS) to review claims and pharmacy programs.
