🌟 What You'll Do As a Laboratory Assistant II, you will: ✅ Receive, process, label, and prepare specimens for testing ✅ Register patients and enter laboratory orders accurately ✅ Demonstrate knowledge of specimen collection and handling requirements ✅ Process pathology specimens and maintain specimen integrity ✅ Support patient registration and reimbursement requirements ✅ Assist with laboratory quality improvement initiatives ✅ Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies ✅ Provide outstanding customer service to patients and team

members ✅ Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards ✅ Assist with report distribution, filing, scheduling, and laboratory operations ✅ Perform phlebotomy as needed (with approved competency) 🎯 What We're Looking For ✔ High School Diploma or GED required ✔ Two (2) years of laboratory or patient care experience preferred ✔ Current students pursuing a degree or certification in Nursing, Medical Technology, Pre-Med, or another related science field may substitute for required experience ✔ Strong
