The Director of Sales - RushCare develops and executes sales strategy for the RushCare portfolio, including technology and connected-fleet solutions, vehicle telematics, OEM and Rush Enterprises developed software, maintenance plans, and related customer-support services. This role leads a high performing sales team, builds strategic fleet-customer relationships, and aligns sales initiatives with organizational objectives to grow revenue, recurring revenue, customer adoption, and market share.
The position delivers integrated solutions that improve fleet uptime, maintenance planning, visibility, and operating efficiency for customers.
