About the Role

Novig is building the leading sports prediction market in America — and our marketing team is moving fast, driving growth across creators, affiliates, partnerships, performance marketing, live events, and more.

We're looking for a Growth Ops Coordinator to be the connective tissue of the growth team. You'll support projects across the entire growth and marketing org, help partners, creators, and affiliates get up and running, run experiments on new channels and tactics, and help bring our in-person activations and events to life.

This is a role for someone who wants to learn how a high-growth company actually grows, by doing it. You'll get exposure to every part of the growth engine, work directly with senior leaders, and take on more ownership as fast as you can handle it.

It's not a role where you'll be handed a playbook. It's for someone who can take an ambiguous ask, figure out what needs to happen, and get it done well.

• Who you are and what you will do
• Support the growth and marketing team across a wide range of projects, from campaign launches and partner programs to reporting and research
• Help onboard and support partners, creators, and affiliates, including managing assets, tracking links, briefs, timelines, and day-to-day communication
• Run growth and GTM experiments end to end: scoping the test, setting it up, tracking results, and sharing what you learned
• Support in-person marketing activations and events, from planning and logistics to on-the-ground execution and post-event recaps
• Keep projects organized and moving by managing trackers, deadlines, and follow-ups so nothing slips through the cracks
• Pull and analyze data to help the team understand performance and make better decisions
• Research competitors, trends, partners, and opportunities, and turn findings into clear, useful recommendations
• Work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, Data, and Social to get things done
• Scrappy and resourceful, with a knack for figuring things out without needing step-by-step instructions
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle many projects at once without dropping the ball
• Sports-obsessed and internet-native, with a feel for what resonates with sports fans

0–3 years of experience in growth, marketing, operations, partnerships, consulting, or a similar role (or a strong track record of getting things done in school, a startup, or a side project)
