Amazon's Career Choice program is one of the company's most visible investments in employee upskilling- prepaying tuition, offering upskilling and creating career pathways for hundreds of thousands of associates across 16 countries. We are looking for a Sr. Marketing Manager to serve as the single-threaded owner of all Career Choice content, communications, and global marketing campaigns. This role reports to the Director of Career Choice in Seattle, WA.
As a single threaded owner, you will own the global Career Choice narrative and messaging strategy end-to-end. That means building and maintaining messaging pillars, creating and distributing success stories across internal and external channels (OIC, News in 90, A to Z TV, aboutamazon.com, PR), and leading marketing campaigns for program enhancements, new country launches, and employer partnerships.
