About the Role
As a Customer On-Site, you will serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team. You'll provide dedicated operational oversight to drive service delivery and act as the face of Traba for the account — managing day-to-day worker support, coordinating onboarding and scheduling, and ensuring smooth communication between workers, site supervisors, and Traba's internal operations team.
This is a flexible, part-time to full-time role (20–40 hours per week) focused on worker vetting, worker support, and client support. In-person work centers on running candidate tours at the facility; much of the remaining work can be completed remotely.
