Job Overview
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Manufacturing Engineer, to play a crucial role in the development and optimization of manufacturing processes for our autonomous surface vessels. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient and cost-effective production of high-quality ASVs for the DoD.
Responsibilities
- Process Development: Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for the production of autonomous surface vessels. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production workflow
- Collaboration: Work closely with design and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration of design specifications into the manufacturing process. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to source and qualify materials necessary for production
