Account Executive

About the Role

This is a full-cycle Account Executive role at a seed-stage AI platform built specifically for the hospitality industry. You will be one of the earliest sales hires, selling to hotel groups, short-term rental managers, and multi-property operators, and you will have a real hand in shaping how the sales organization grows.

What You'll Do

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch through close, covering inbound leads, outbound into named accounts, discovery, tailored demos, negotiation, and signature.
• Sell consultatively to founders, COOs, heads of guest experience, and operations leaders, connecting their operational pain to measurable revenue and efficiency outcomes.
• Deliver demos that are specific to each prospect's property management setup, not generic decks.
• Build and manage your own territory by mapping named accounts and generating pipeline momentum independently.
• Run the existing sales playbook at volume, identify where it breaks, and iterate on it.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, webinars, and operator communities.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene in Salesforce and modern sequencing tools, forecasting honestly.

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, consistently closing at or above quota.
• Proven ability to own the full sales cycle end-to-end in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment (Series A/B range preferred).
• Familiarity with hospitality tech strongly preferred: property management systems, OTA distribution, occupancy metrics, ADR, RevPAR, and guest support operations.
• Comfortable building your own enablement materials without a dedicated support team.
• Proficient with CRM tools (Salesforce) and outbound sequencing platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior people-management experience is a plus.
