Sales Development Representative

About the Role

This is a pipeline-building role at a seed-stage AI platform purpose-built for the hospitality industry. You will be the first point of contact for hotel groups, vacation rental managers, and multi-property operators, generating the qualified meetings that turn into closed revenue. It is also the fastest path to a closing seat on the team.

What You'll Do

• Prospect daily through cold calls, email, and social outreach, targeting a baseline of 100+ dials per day.
• Run proven outbound sequences and plays before testing your own variations.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through short discovery conversations with founders, COOs, and heads of guest experience.
• Book demos by quickly surfacing the prospect's core pain: volume of doors managed, property management system used, and where guest communication is breaking down.
• Relay objections, emerging segments, and market signals back to the sales and founding team while they are still fresh.
• Track and report conversion at every step of the sequence, testing subject lines, openers, and cadences continuously.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in a quota-carrying or high-volume outbound SDR or BDR role.
• Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls per day with resilience through rejection.
• Experience selling a technical product, ideally AI or SaaS software.
• Background in a B2B SaaS startup environment.
• Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus), sequencing tools, and dialers.
• Experience qualifying and booking meetings with executive-level buyers such as COOs and operators in enterprise accounts.
• Quick learner who can absorb a technical domain and speak to it credibly within weeks.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
