Job Summary
Plans, organizes and directs the operations of Support Services departments at multiple locations, including ambulatory locations in our service area. Support Services may include two or more of the following departments: Environmental Services, Nutrition Services, patient transport, linen, guest services, gift shops or hospitality. This position ensures the delivery of high-quality services to Corewell Health patients, visitors and employees.
Key responsibilities include regulatory compliance, fiscal management, resource allocation, standards of care, performance improvement and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at locations of oversight. This role will frequently collaborate with other departments to ensure the success of the organization and Support Services.
