POSITION SUMMARY
About the Role
Denton Floyd Real Estate Group is hiring an Executive Assistant to be a true partner to our executive leadership. You'll own the details behind the executive's calendar, travel, meetings, communications, and key relationships, so the executive can stay focused on strategy and leadership.
This is a highly visible, high-trust role. Because DF is a vertically integrated real estate platform, you'll work across every corporate function. The right person anticipates needs before being asked, handles shifting priorities with composure, and represents the executive with polish and discretion. The role reports to the Director of Administration and is onsite in Jeffersonville, IN.
