Property Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing resident relations, ensuring property maintenance, staff supervision, and financial performance to enhance both resident satisfaction and property value.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and resident services.
• Supervise and train on site staff to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and rental goals.
• Handle lease agreements, renewals, collections, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate financial records, manage budgets, and analyze financial reports to optimize property profitability.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and vendor contracts to ensure timely and cost-effective property upkeep.
• Resolve resident issues and foster a positive community environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in multifamily property management or a related field.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related discipline preferred.
• Bilingual skills required to effectively communicate with diverse resident communities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience on Rent Manager Software
• Certification such as CAM or CAPS is preferred but not mandatory.
