Own the pipeline that staffs our sales force.
Southern National Roofing sells in-home across 9 markets in NC, SC, GA, MD and PA, and we're growing about 40% a year. Our growth is capped by one thing: how many good sales reps we have in the field, and how long they stay.
This role owns that. You'll run senior sales recruiting end to end, from the ad to the rep's first 90 days. You won't be starting from scratch. The process, tools and team are in place, and you'll be trained directly by the leader who built them. Your job is to take it over, run it well, and make it better.
