Summary
QuEra Computing Inc. seeks a Quantum Applications Research Intern to join our growing team of scientists and engineers developing quantum applications for QuEra’s neutral atom quantum computers. As an intern, you will collaborate with leading experts in quantum information and AMO physics to explore, model, and test new approaches for using neutral atoms for quantum computation.
This role offers an exceptional opportunity to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of theory and hardware, contributing directly to the advancement of scalable quantum computing.
Possible internship projects include mapping quantum simulation algorithms for strongly correlated spin and fermionic problems onto logical microarchitectures, the development of scalable hardware-aware resource estimation tools for complex quantum workloads and noise modeling to further refine QuEra’s digital hardware twins.
