Technician, Facility Services, Power Washing at Walmart | LAYIQ

Proven experience operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment and related machinery safely and effectively.
Ability to evaluate surfaces and determine appropriate pressure, temperature, and operational methods to meet facility standards.
Skilled in performing preventative maintenance and safety checks on power washing and heavy equipment.
Strong knowledge of safety procedures and compliance with company policies to prevent accidents and ensure a safe work environment.
Competence in operating corporate vehicles, including conducting inspections and maintaining vehicle condition.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with facility users, managers, and team members.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and support facility maintenance needs with attention to quality and safety.

The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 - $35.00*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Ability to successfully complete a DOT physical and secure medical certification during pre-hire contingency and maintain a minimum of a 90-day Medical Examiner's Certification (MEC) card.
No convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI, or reckless driving involving alcohol or drugs within the last three (3) years.
No more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years, if driving a commercial motor vehicle.
No serious traffic violations (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
No preventable accidents (as defined by Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations) in the last three (3) years, if operating a commercial motor vehicle.
As required by Section 391.11(b)(2) of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, ability to read and speak in the English language.
Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight or weekends.
Valid state-issued driver’s license and ability to pass a motor vehicle report.
Commercial driving record with no convictions for DUI, DWI, OUI within the last five (5) years.
Commercial driving record with no more than two (2) moving violations in the last three (3) years.
