We’re looking for people with high-level private equity experience to coach Leland customers seeking private equity roles. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with us to deliver an elite experience. They also help our customers prepare for recruiting through advice on interview preparation, resume reviews, and PE career navigation.

Ideal candidates have worked at leading private equity firms and have interviewing experience, allowing them to provide practical insight into what top firms look for.
