The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for assisting with the company’s business development, focused on North America. Working directly for the MD - Head of North American Client Coverage & Business Development, the BDM will enhance the revenue and growth ambitions of the Company by driving new business development through raising Validus’ profile.
Responsibilities
- The primary responsibility of the BDM is to improve North American new client business development efforts, including some early-stage relationship management responsibilities with new clients. Originate revenue opportunities and manage deals from inception to conclusion, primarily through collaborating with the lead generation team within Validus but also directly through your own efforts. Contribute to ensuring excellence and consistency in service delivery across our North American client base.
