Consulting/Principal Software Engineer at RELX | LAYIQ

Demonstrated Workday integration development experience, typically gained through approximately 4–5 years of relevant experience or equivalent demonstrated capability.
Proficiency with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs), XSLT, XML, and XPath.
Knowledge of PECI, PICOF, payroll/benefits interface patterns, Workday Business Process Framework (BPF), and event-driven configuration.
Experience integrating Workday with ATS, Payroll, Financials, Time & Absence, or comparable third-party systems.
Strong experience with Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports, calculated fields, Report Writer, RaaS, Discovery Boards, Workday Dashboards, worklets, embedded reports, scorecards, and BIRT.
Ability to analyze and troubleshoot integration and reporting issues and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience working within Agile/Kanban delivery environments is valued.
A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related area is welcomed but not required. Equivalent professional experience, technical training, certifications, or demonstrated expertise will also be considered.
