Cybersecurity Project Manager

Role Description

This full-time CyberSecurity Project Manager role is a hybrid position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for partial work from home. The CyberSecurity Project Manager oversees end-to-end delivery of offensive security engagements across BreachLock's platform, including ASM, autonomous pentesting, and PTaaS initiatives.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and coordinating project scopes, timelines, and resources; liaising with internal pentesters, engineers, and client stakeholders; and ensuring that testing activities are aligned with regulatory frameworks and client requirements. As the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, the role manages scope and change requests, handles escalations, and delivers regular progress reporting to client security and executive stakeholders.

The role involves tracking project milestones, managing risks and dependencies, expediting critical tasks, and maintaining accurate documentation and status reports. The CyberSecurity Project Manager also supports continuous improvement of delivery processes, contributes to playbooks and best practices, and helps translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
