The Team You'll Join

Our B2B Division informs, engages, and inspires industry leaders across more than 16 specialized end markets. We deliver high-impact media solutions, expert-led newsletters, and integrated campaigns across our market-leading portfolio. Joining our US Media Planning team puts you at the center of commercial proposal strategy and RFP execution. It's an exciting opportunity to help shape multi-brand campaigns that drive measurable value for major global clients.

What you'll do

• Reporting to the Director, Sales Planning, you'll oversee media plan creation and proposal strategy across Future's US B2B portfolio. You'll build RFP responses and pitch decks that demonstrate campaign value and grow client investment. Daily, you'll use Salesforce, Google Workspace, and presentation software to build media plans and manage yield expectations.
• You'll work closely with US Planning, Product, Marketing, Sales, and Client Success teams. You'll also coordinate across North America and EMEA time zones to ensure seamless proposal delivery. This US-based position offers a hybrid setup, combining remote flexibility with team collaboration.
• Oversee media plan development and custom RFP proposal creation across B2B brands.
• Build pitch decks that articulate brand value and meet client targets.
• Ensure proposal consistency across sales teams while managing expected yields.
• Work alongside Sales, Product, Marketing, and Client Success teams.
• Coordinate cross-time-zone communication between North America and EMEA teams.
• Track campaign proposals and sales pipeline activity using Salesforce.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in B2B media, digital marketing, or media planning.
• Familiarity with creating RFP responses, media decks, and commercial proposals.
• Proficiency using Salesforce and presentation tools like Google Workspace or PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively across North America and EMEA time zones.
• Strong written communication and data-interpretation skills.
• Degree in business, advertising, communications, marketing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum Requirements
• Experience building digital media plans and sales proposals in a B2B media environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and presentation software.
• Ability to work in the US with cross-time-zone flexibility.

What we offer

The expected range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000
