This role is integral to shaping the visual identity and storytelling of Sierra Select Distributors, driving innovation in our marketing campaigns, digital content, and product presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision and strategy for all branding, marketing, and communication efforts.
• Manage and inspire a team of designers, content creators, and marketing professionals to produce innovative creative assets.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms and materials.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams to develop creative solutions that effectively communicate product benefits and company values.
• Oversee the production of marketing campaigns, digital content, social media graphics, and promotional materials.
• Analyze market trends and competitor creative strategies to inform and adapt our own creative approach.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably within technology or distribution sectors.
• Proven ability to develop compelling creative strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, digital content creation, and campaign development.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and digital marketing tools.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
