Supervisor Hatchery- 1st Shift - Springdale, AR at Tyson Foods | LAYIQ

Education : Requires education beyond high school including special training vocational school and or college courses.
Experience : 2 years experience in poultry, with live receiving or hatchery experience preferred..
Computer Skills : Basic Computer skills. Must be able to read and generate spread sheets and review reports.
Travel : 1 - 2 per year.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position is responsible for supervising a group of personnel in a single department or work unit who perform similar and or interrelated tasks and activities.
Additional Requirements: Must not own, possess, or otherwise maintain any domestic, wild, or exotic fowl.
All professional team members are expected to demonstrate responsible use of approved AI tools, including safeguarding sensitive information, adhering to company policies, and validating AI-generated outputs. Individual Contributors should demonstrate the ability to integrate AI into daily work, improve efficiency through AI-enabled solutions, evaluate outputs critically, and apply professional judgment when using AI.
