Cyber All- Source Intelligence Analyst Senior- TS/SCI w/poly at General Dynamics Information Technology | LAYIQ

Provide on‑site analytic and technical support for the collection, analysis, and production of all‑source intelligence related to foreign cyber MILCAP and cyber domain usage in accordance with DIA cyber tradecraft and IC standards.
Apply a wide range of analytic skills to assess foreign cyberspace developments, including strategy, doctrine, intent, capabilities, operations, services, infrastructure, and vulnerabilities.
Produce finished intelligence assessments and database entries supporting national‑level leadership and CCMD operational planning requirements.
Research, analyze, and develop all‑source intelligence on foreign military cyberspace organizations, systems, processes, and technologies.
Analyze foreign cyber units and organizations conducting cyber operations, including:
Placing foreign cyber domain use in context with other operational domains and methods.
Identifying critical foreign network activities that cannot be readily replaced if disrupted.
Assessing cyber means, methods, tools, and access types used by state and non‑state actors supporting key functional areas (e.g., logistics, leadership, weapons, finance, recruitment, propaganda).
Evaluating the full range of foreign cyber capabilities, including strategy, doctrine, intent, and both remote and physical cyber access methods.
Assessing the ability of foreign governments to identify, track, and disrupt Internet activities of state and non‑state actors within their borders.
Provide analytic insights into foreign cyber tools such as botnets, intrusion capabilities, remote access mechanisms, air‑gap tools, and supply chain access methods.
Support the development and production of all‑source cyber infrastructure intelligence.
Maintain analytic rigor and compliance with DIA ADO, FPA standards, ICD 203/206 sourcing requirements, and DIA tradecraft policies.
Education and Required Experience
Master’s degree with 12 years related experience or Bachelor’s degree with 17 years’ experience.
