Health Coordinator, After-School Programming at Harlem Children's Zone | LAYIQ

Bachelor's degree preferred in Public Health, Nutrition, Health Education, Recreation, Exercise Science, Community Health, Youth Development, or a related field
Equivalent combinations of education and relevant professional experience will be considered
2+ years of experience working directly with youth and families in a health, wellness, education, recreation, nonprofit, or community-based environment
Experience implementing programs focused on health education, physical activity, nutrition, positive youth development, or community wellness
Experience leading, supervising, or supporting staff and program facilitators
Strong facilitation, relationship-building, and communication skills
Ability to engage with diverse populations and work effectively within multicultural communities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data tracking and reporting tools
